First time having Liquid Cocaine Shots
When I was 21 there was a group of guys I would go out drinking with on a regular basis. Three of us would drink more than we should and one guy would drink very little so he would always drive and always mess with us when we would get drunk. One night we were at Macados when we decided to try a shot called Liquid Cocaine. The first time I had one I think my brain actually froze up for a second. Because of this we had many more of them. After about the sixth one the rest of the night became a little blurry. I do remember saying one more can't hurt several times. The next morning I awoke hung over and late for work. As an added bonus I could not find me shoes. I wasnt until several days later that I found them behind the bushes in front of my house. I had no idea how they got there until my friend started to laugh at me when I asked him about it. It would appear that when we got home after the bar he started to mess with me and made me spill my drink. When I tried unsuccessfully to catch him so I could beat him I tried the next best thing. I very smartly took off my shoes and procedded to throw them at him. That would explain how they made their way behind the bushes. I promised myself that I would never again have a Liquid Cocaine shot. It would turn out to be a promise I would keep for about two weeks.

New Book
I got a new book for Christmas called "Field Guide to Evangelicals and Their Habitat" for Christmas. This has to be one of the funniest books I have read in awhile. Most of the time Mr. Kilpatrick gets it right on, even if it has been embellished a little. If you are looking for an easy read that pokes fun at Evangelicals I highly recommend it. I even think The Baptist would enjoy this one.
Godfather of Soul
James Brown, "The Godfather Of Soul" died this morning. The man had some great tunes that I would always find myself singing to when they came on. You can read more about him here.

Beer from the Baptist
Is it just me or does beer won always taste better than beer bought. I have had a weekly bet of a six pack with the Baptist. You can read his stuff here. Each week we would pick the winners of each NFL game and whoever gets the most right wins that week. Going into this week he owes me a 12 pack. Thanks to an early win by the Panthers it looks like it will be 18 soon. This brings up the question of is gambling wrong. I dont think it is, as long as your not losing everything you have. However, since the Baptist is unable to bet me anytime we lay down a gentleman's wager, gambling for him is most likely wrong. Thanks for the beer.
Thanks to the Broncos win it is in the bag, 18 going for a case next week.

Great Show
Just how great is the show Cheaters. I really like it when the woman confronts the man and the mistress. This show is able to allow us to realize the greatness of our society. Plus if you go to the website you can meet other single people that you could one day maybe cheat on and get yourself some T.V. time.
